This app is the result of collaboration between a game developer and a clinical psychologist. Our goal was to create an app that is as effective as possible, requiring only 3 minutes a day to complete and improve. After publishing the first version, Prof. Guy Doron conducted research on the impact of daily training. The results showed that within 14 days, users developed mental resilience that lasted an additional 30 days!

New findings support the effectiveness of the core mechanism used in GGTUDE's apps. According to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy models, negative self-talk—how individuals interpret themselves, others, and the world—maintains psychological difficulties such as low self-esteem, mood issues, and maladaptive behavior.

How do I build my self-esteem?
The foundation of healthy confidence and self-esteem lies in our beliefs. Our beliefs have the potential to bias and affect how we navigate daily situations. For example, if I believe that "everything about myself needs to be perfect," I won't be able to live up to these expectations, resulting in decreased confidence.

Beliefs and self-talk
Our beliefs and self-talk are interconnected. By embracing healthier and more adaptive self-talk, we can change our beliefs and eliminate those that negatively impact our confidence and self-esteem.

Is this app similar to psychological therapy?
While our app platform is not designed to replace therapy or treatment, it can be used as a complementary tool:

Helpful thinking
The main task in the app is simple: you will be presented with thoughts. If a thought promotes unhelpful self-talk, swipe it away. If a thought promotes positive or helpful thinking, swipe it down to accept it.

How much should I train each day?
To feel better and improve your confidence, start today! GG Apps are designed for effectiveness in short training sessions. We recommend completing up to 3 levels per day, which only takes about 3-4 minutes.
